Who is responsible for your information?

What do we collect?

When you fill in the booking form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you give it, the type of occasion, your preferred date and whatever you write in your message. We collect nothing else – no tracking cookies and no visitor statistics.

Why do we need it?

To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you book, carry out the job. The legal basis is that you asked us to, ahead of a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

Who else sees it?

The form is delivered to our inbox by the service FormSubmit, which keeps submitted information for no more than 30 days. Our email is handled by Google (Gmail). If you choose to send via WhatsApp, the message goes through WhatsApp (Meta). We never sell your information or pass it to anyone else.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as it takes to answer your enquiry and, if you book, to carry out the job and meet bookkeeping requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted once the matter is closed.

Your rights

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will help. If you believe we are handling your information wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).

About this website

This website stores nothing in your browser – no cookies and no local storage. The fonts and photographs are served by this website itself, so nothing is fetched from other services when the page loads. The website is hosted by GitHub (Microsoft), which, like any web host, handles the technical traffic, such as IP addresses.
